Pro-active Quality Assurance
PCB requirements (IPC) – Product control
Our requirements specification is based on IPC standards IPC 6012 rigid PCBs, IPC 6013 Flex, IPC 6016 hdI with some additions.
Acceptance requirements are in accordance with IPC 600.
Factory production – process control
Our factories are ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified.
Regular daily shipments
Normally, we consolidate all goods at our export terminal in Hong Kong. Short periods of warehousing may be offered where required.
Our delivery responsibility
Venture normally offers deliveries with a lead time of 4-6 weeks from confirmed order until delivery. However, the lead time may be cut down to as little as 24 hours where required, in which case we ship the goods by express freight. Of course, we deals with all customs clearance and other administration.
To guarantee shortest possible lead times our customer support constantly keeps track of all shipments. You are quickly notified of any deviations and what is being done to solve the problem in the shortest possible time.
Analysis of cause of defect
We confirm receipt of the complaint immediately. Our sales contact and Quality engineer will work closely with you. Rapid analysis in our lab will follow.
In consultation with the customer
New PCBs will be produced to meet a shorter lead time depending on how urgent the delivery is, When required, we can remake or sometime arrange for repair of defective PCBs.
Corrective Action Report
The customer receives a Corrective Action Report (CAR).
